Pacquiao/Cotto for the WBO Welterweight Title?

Is the upcoming fight for the WBO welterweight title? If it is, and Pacman beats Cotto he could become a 6 weightclass worldchampion. Then Pacquiao must be in the top 5 ATG, right?

Maybe they can make a gentlemen's agreement. Let's say they agree on a weight limit of 144 lbs but at the weigh-in they can also be 147 lbs. For every pound Cotto is over 144 lbs he must pay Pacquiao 500k. Seems good right?

Yes.. Roach said it would be for his 6th strap.
So all the cry babies can sleep at night now, they are talking
    147, not catch.

I'm pretty sure you're incorrect; his sixth was the one he got from Hatton.

But yeah it better be at 147lbs and no catch weight bull****.

No, you're wrong it will be his sixth. Pacman never won the featherweight world title. Check BoxRec.
