    Andre Berto vs Joshua Clottey

I think this is the best next step for both fighters. Clottey wins, he gets a title and gets back on HBO anyway. Berto wins, he can pit himself in the picture for a fight w/ the big boys.

Im going with Berto by surprsingly wide UD, 117-111 or 116-112. I think he will be took quick for Clottey but wont be able to stop him.

Clottey would win unless he goes into his shell and stops throwing punches but if he keeps his workrate consistent, keeps the pressure on behind the high guard, keep his jab working, he beats Berto by decision.

I think Clottey would destroy him! Berto is quick, but not outstandingly so and he is quite a small welterweight. Whereas Clottey is a huge, powerful WW with very solid defence and a great chin.

I can't see this fight happening any time soon. To be honest, I think Clottey's fantastic display against Cotto puts him firmly in the "who needs him" club.

If it did happen, I'd go with a mid/late rounds stoppage for JC.

nah, if cotto doesn't get the pac fight, cotto will fight berto.

clottey should be trying to get a fight w/ pwill or mosley.

I think clottey can beat berto, but it depends on the judges because clottey can't finish ****. he don't punch hard enough and he can't switch gears to up the volume punching.

Lou Dibbella already said he's not looking at Clottey, he said he wants Mosley/Cotto for Berto if not he will make the rematch with Collazo.

It won't happen, Clottey said Dibella told him himself. But Clottey would probably win, just seeing how good his skills are against an Elite champ like Cotto showed a lot.

Clottey would have to throw more to beat Berto.

Either way, It would be a good fight.
