And PBF wants no part of any real WW's, so they're all screwed. How sad.

And I can't understand people that don't think Cotto earned this shot at the money. He fought everyone that mattered except for P Will and those who don't want any part of him. He earned his shot the hard way.

I will bet the house on Pac if this fight gets done. Pacquiao will destroy Cotto, wont go past 8.

"Gettin' hit" is relative. According to Compubox, Clottey connected at least 1 punch on each of the first 3 rounds, so I guess you're right. Now, nobody in the press who ran a scorecard gave Clottey any of the first 3 rounds with the exception of Harold Lederman who gave Clottey the 2nd.

And damn Cotto for moving around and not letting Clottey hit him more. Who does he think he is?

if i was pac & top rank i would jack fraud jr.'s date with jmm & fight juan then fight cotto in december or november. get 2 mega fights before the year ends out of pac & resign cotto with the end of the year pac fight.

I guess the difference is, is that Mayweather never did express any interest in fighting Cotto like Pacquiao is and did fight easier opponents than Cotto. But that doesn't mean that Cotto wouldn't get his ass tore up by Mayweather. It's pretty obvious that that Margarito beating really took the sales out of Cotto. Add the Clottey fight on top of it, and that's why you see Arum trying to cash out on Cotto. And I guess I was wrong by throwing venom at Pacquiao, because I admit I'm one of his fans even though I think his matchmaking has been a little bit opportunistic as of late. Another reason why I think I was wrong with my comment is that we haven't heard from Pacquiao or Roach on whether or not they are gonna fight Cotto. It's got nothing to do with what you say though.

Were you born after November 10 of 2007?

And Arum's not trying to cash out on Cotto. Cotto's not the meal ticket. Manny is. The Hatton fight, while easier for Manny than a prospective Cotto clash, probably made more money than a fight with Cotto could.
