    I see two scenarios.

Margarito has been cheating the whole time he's been boxing. Which means he'd have been caught long before the Mosley fight.

Margarito started cheating after he lost to Williams. His "Most feared man in boxing" was shot to sht, the title he'd held for 5 years, defended 7 times, was gone. He needed an edge to stay world class in an improving division.

You decide which is more likely.

According to Cotto stans he only did it with in the Cotto fight. You fucks just fail to realize his weaknesses, but I guess that's an issue when you consider him a God.
ppl assume that he used them in the cotto fight becuz the result of cotto's face..the cotto fight was a huge event compared to the paul williams match..his fight with cotto would either make him a journey man or thrust him to the upper echelon of the division..there was much more at stake for the cotto fight then the williams fight!!!!!!!!

He doesn't defend or time them well for ****. Margarito throws a **** load of uppercuts and thus dominated Cotto. Clottey who possibly never threw as many uppercuts in his life, as he did against Cotto. Hurt Cotto pretty bad and had Cotto running around the ring. Cotto didn't even go to the body like he normally does when Clottey faught him.

There you go. Uppercuts are his achillies ankle. He cant time them and he cant defend them. Pressure + uppercuts = Cotto losing.

Probably wont get a **** load of attention to this thread but wanted to let you all know anyways.

Please tell us something we don't all ready know

Stamina and his lack of willingness to clinch, the uppercut problem could be solved if Cotto just clinched on the inside.

I think people underrate his defense a little bit, but you are right he is open to uppercuts more than any other punch and does get caught by then quite a lot.

I just give the guy his props for having the heart to fight through that cut and win a decision, he gained more of my respect last night.
