you know what i think is that he watched the Cotto fight last night and saw it and got scared and he postponed the fight so now by the time pbf fight jmm cotto will have a new oponent instead of fighting

Or he has an injury maybe... god people are so negative... whenever the guy gets an injury its a ploy and hes doing it through fear of somebody. How would Floyd be scared after last night when Clottey gave him a hard fight from Boxing him, and Cotto struggled to hit him at times.

its already starting, floyd tactics are in effect. i seriously wouldn't be surprised if floyd was doing this to try and create a bigger demand for the fight, since rumors of low sales are being mentioned in the media. hopefully its not that diabolical, but then again, i don't believe in coincidence's at all when money is involved. also, this really effects marquez more than anyone, now he has the possibility of being overtrained and has to regroup, but he is a professional so im sure marquez knows how to handle this stuff.


i really hope floyd isnt pulling this type of game, and i hope if he is injured that he recovers quickly, but my initial thought was shenanigans and usually that first impulse of thought is the right one.

Makes sense to post pone 24/7. Either way, Marquez could use the extra time to prepare. I always thought it wasn't enough time to gain 10 pounds in muscle and keeping your speed and flexibility in just two months. This delay will only help Marquez prepare more adequately for such a high weight he has never fought at. Pacman had more than two months to prepare for DLH.
