No, I would rather not disrespect Cotto, he is a great fighter and he did what he had to do to beat a very difficult opponent in Joshua Clottey. It was very close, but the right decision was made, IMO. I had Cotto ahead by a single point, possibly two points if I was being generous.

I believe a Pacquiao-Cotto fight would be pretty competitive for a while, but overall Miguel is too slow and easy to hit, especially for a fighter such as Manny who has speed and power in both hands, plus excellent foot speed. Cotto has a good chin, therefore it would take time for him to be broken down. With this in mind, I'd predict a KO or stoppage to happen around the 7th round.

Cotto would be getting tagged from all angles, and very frequently. I don't think he could cope with the pace that Pacquiao sets, and I think he would get cut up badly.

How the *** did you have a cheating runner who was outboxed and busted up as the winner?

Perhaps it's because I'm not bias towards black fighters.

lol I wasn't scoring the fight live but when it was over it felt like a draw to me, OR Miguel would be deserving of the nod for pulling out the 12th.

When I went back and watched it again I got Cotto up by one point aswell.

Take away the knockdown and it becomes even. That was my impression after the fight anyways.

You gotta be fucking kidding me. Valero, he of zero defence and an untested chin, would be humiliated by any version of Cotto.

Yeah. Very surprised to come on here and see people calling it a robbery against Clottey.

Oh wait, no I take that back lol
