How much longer will cotto's career last?

He's been taking beatings recently, and he has lots of scar tissue over his left eye since its the second cut recently there.

If he fights mosley again I guarentee it wont be anything like the first fight.

He showed some wear and tear in there.

No doubt Arum is weighing his options about Cotto's next opponent.

Paul Williams would finish Cotto's career.

Depends on how they manage him. His next fight should probably be a tune up type of thing. But the promoters want their money so they will throw him in there with Pacquiao at a catch weight more than likely.

Cotto has been taking punishment to YEARS now...it's not a recent at all.

i dnt think so. Id fancy cotto to cut the ring and take away the distance williams had. Also i've noticed p.will loves to fight on the inside and his lanky body would be ripe for a couple of signature left hooks to the stomach.
back to the post, i think cotto has got to many fights left. Myabe a rematch with mosley or a fight with pac man then call it quits. He's had wars i the last few years with the top blokes and your body no matter how good you are can take them kind of beatings for to long.

isn't Pavlik's next opponent supposed to be Sergio Mora? not a top guy.

but yeah Cotto vs Pacquiao does certainly seem possible.

Cotto has some great fights left on the horizon. He'll be around for a few more years unless he keeps getting these bad breaks w/ cuts and broken noses and stuff.
