Still lets say You score that round 10-9 I still ahve Cotto winning 115-112!!!!!!!!! So no biggie for me if someone disagree with that.
Oh I agree that it didn't matter to him winning the fight. I just didn't feel like that was quite dominant enough for a 10-8 round w/ no KD. Although that could just be me, it takes a lot for me to score those.

          Close fight.

I scored it 114-113 for Cotto, with six rounds each and the knockdown being the difference.

i had cotto win 114 - 113 for cotto. the first time i saw it i didnt score it but i just rewatched it and i though cotto won 1,3,4,6,11,12 clotteywon alot of the middle rounds 7 8 9 and 10 in my opinion even though round 10 was a round that could have gone to cotto also but i gave to clottey but i gave him 2 5 7 8 9 10 but he didnt do **** the last 2 rounds and let a one eyed cotto take the fight back. i think if cotto would have had both eyes he woulda won more convincingly he won 3 of the first 4 rounds in my opinion but after the cut he just seemed bothered more and was getting caught much cleaner than before

Clottey was the better fighter but Cotto was the better men...he wanted it more then Clottey, and when the match was all evened up going into the last round he did what he had to do to win the fight. He didn't stand there and not throw. Clottey let up on him, and that was his undoing. But the judging was horrible 111 to 116....that's Bull****! Where the hell did he pull that score from? This fight was very close and could have gone either way. Could have even been a draw. I don't have a problem with Cotto winning I think he did enough to win just by the skin of his teeth, but I also think that Clottey could have won that fight had he kept the preesure on and threw more combinations.

I had it 115-112 for Cotto. 7 rounds to 5 plus the KD for Cotto. I agree though the 116-111 scorecard was BS. I saw it as a close but clear decision for Cotto.

I'm just amazed at how much adversity Cotto went through and didn't just finish the fight but did enough to win. That cut was something nasty and affected him for the majority of the fight. Miguel has loads of heart and determination...
