Yeah this is all true. The only reason to make a deal out of the so-called running is to spite these Cotto fans who like to get on Mayweather's back about the same thing (except Mayweather's more effective on the back foot)

At the end of the day though, Cotto won rounds when he was "running". Clottey couldn't do anything, so Cotto's low output trumps Clottey's non-existent output

I scored the fight for Cotto by the way, And i think Cotto needs to work more on his stamina because since the Mosley fight he alway seem to gas a bit from the 7th round onwards, against mosley he did that in the 9th round if i remember correctly and people thought he was hurt by mosley or something but he wasnt he was just tired and he played it off well. Margarito didnt give him the space to do that he chased him and cornered him everytime cotto try to do that and pound cotto to the body.

Cotto fights the elite, doesn't back down from any challenge and he dropped that ass in the 1st plus cameback later in the fight to win it, you people as sore losers as Clottey.

What he is saying is, how can people give Floyd **** for doing it and not Cotto... there nothing wrong with punching and moving IMO.

People were saying that Clottey did nothing late but thats because Cotto was running like a girl. Atleast Floyd is a boxer and is outweighed by a ton in the ring. Cotto is huge and supposed to be a monster. It looks sad when he runs. It makes him look soft to me. Dont give me that stuff about that he was boxing either. He didnt hardly throw any punches in that span. He ran and ran. He got lucky because it saved him. If he didnt run then there is no way he wins that fight. Most dont think he won anyways. Thats why I stilll said the whole time that I think even right now without the plaster, Margarito would own him
He ran because going toe to toe with a cut that bad would have been suicide you dimwit! Fact is Clottey had the fight right there in front of him to win and he just didn't do enough, he got lazy and complacent and threw it away.

                Clottey did more than Cotto.

All Cotto did was run and potshot.

I'm no one's 'fan boy', it's just that morons like you are unable to take someone pointing out the ******ity of Mayweather nuthuggers without resorting to labelling them.

Like the other guy, you failed to understand my post, despite it being simple and worded in a way that would not confuse anyone with an IQ above 80. Thanks for trying anyway.

TS trying to make it seem that cotto running around is bad..
we all know why cotto did that.

I saw the gameness of cotto in the whole fight. he was wiping blood from the gash and remained focus, trading with clottey who sometimes gives out flurries (but doesnt apply pressure consistently) and cotto moving around to prevent additional damage to the cut.

i dont understand what is wrong with that.

PBF do what he does simply because its his style.

                    two totally different arguement.

But from my viewpoint it was a close miss or it was blocked by Clottey's guard..

It was just a weird fight all togather

The judges had to been affected by the crowd, atleast the jackass who scored it 116-111 was. He should never be allowed to score another fight.

Clottey clearly landed the more clean and meaningful shots.
