what do you guys think about cotto's corner. the cutman put so much vaseline that cotto couldnt see in some round. the trainer did not do anything different from the margarito fight. cotto basically was doing the same thing but since clottey is not an offensive pressure fighter he didnt win the fight. but if margarito would fought last night against cotto. most likely he would of won

I agree about Margarito but I think the corner did a good job on keeping the cut under control considering it happened in round 3 and he lasted the distance, but they did put too much vaseline in as Cotto had to shake it out in one of the rounds.

I think they did pretty well.

The trainer sucks balls. I mean atleast Evangelista gave some instructions stantiago freaking sucks he just stands there and does nothing. Cotto needs to find a veteran trainer that will help him become better.

i agree 100 percent. who should be his trainer. i think freddie roach would do him some good. but if he let cotto hit his belly like pacman does i think it will be the end of roach. plus cotto doesnt do body punches anymore

What happen to Cotto's body attack? After the Judah fight he stop going to the body and started to focus more on the jab. Maybe because Mosley, Margarito and Clottey defend the body shots well.

I think Cotto needs to go back to tha style if he fights Pacquiao.

That was really disapointing. Top Rank needs to step up and put some sence in to Miguel I understand is family but the career is very important and this next fights are huge for Cotto. He is an Elite fighter and Elite fighters need top trainers to help them.
