          Unless it gets made at 143 or 144. I think everyone knows that Cotto did not fight well at 140 and drying up after fighting this long at WW will not do any favors to him. If it's below 147, there should be odds. Not that I will be betting, just saying that if it becomes the Pacquiao/Roach usual thing, then it helps Pac more than anyone else and they become about the same size.

                  Cotto is quite strong, but is really slow compared to Pac, and dangerous. However, I think this will be a great fight for Pacquiao. A very exciting fight, hopefully not in NY.
