the only time arum ever mentions cotto and mayweather is when he wants to say mayweather is ducking him, no negotiation claims, no fight offers, nothing. Only "floyd is a coward". You can get away with it if thats the consensus, and it is.

Look at some of the responses in this thread even, mayweather is "playing games" even though no negotiations have started, mayweather is in the middle of a camp preparing for a marquez showdown, and pac is on the sidelines.
