i was thinking he might. there were points where it seemed as if some of the shots landing near his ear or near the back of his jaw were buzzing him. i was expecting him to fall into his shoes if one of those landed super clean and on the money. i also thought the ref might see it as him not defending himself intelligently when he was just standing there hands up getting wailed on but clottey was trying to make cotto gas out and failed to do so. lol.

Smart. Clottey just showed he doesn't have what it takes to be a champion it doesn't matter what cotto did, he actually made cotto bleed with his every time fight cheats.

The thing about those Flurries was that about 1 in 10 was hitting he wasn't getting clean at all, in fact it could have been apart of Clottey plan cause he won about 3 rounds after that straight. Were it looked like Cotto had punched himself out, however it was the round after he got bodyslammed so he was probably recovering to.

But i do agree the ref was looking very close like when they are getting ready to stop the fight, if that happened it would have been even more of a disgrace

Wtf are you talking about. Clottey's knee was busted hence why he was on the ropes, eventhough he was busting Cotto up prior to it. Also he was blocking almost everything, and had Cotto hurt at the end of the round.

Well i knew Clottey wouldn't win he doesn't have ko power and he was never getting a UD/SD given the fans and it being PR day after. That's not really his fault i even said he would have to win the last 2 rounds clearly to stand a chance (even tho he was ahead on my SC). He won one of them lost the last. Even if he Won those last 2 rounds clearly based on the judges scores it was only a draw. So basically he got to KTFO cotto or he wont win? that's really fair..
