Arum's Golden Boy has always been Cotto not Pacquiao. He is not going to drained Cotto and feed him to Manny because Cotto will be a free agent and he wants to keep him. Cotto is younger.

Maybe but Cotto was always the guy Arum wanted to be the big star of top rank. He is a company man first of all and this is Arum chance to give Cotto the spotlight and show him to millions of viwers.

Cotto could become Superstar vs Pacquiao and I doubt Arum will pass up on that chance.
