Just being a smaller fighter does not exclude him from steroid use. I know featherweights, lightweights, welterweights who have used steroids.

That being said, I don't think he has taken steroids. Steroids don't help skill.

Of course they do. They help your body recover faster from work-outs and injuries hence enabling you to train more.
