Im thinking, you know how easy it was for pac to beat hatton and dlh, do you think its a good thing, or better that they fight back a bit so he has to work hard for the wins?
Does having easy fights HURT a fighter

It depends on the situation. A long string of uncompetitive fights can get a fighter to really buy into his press clippings and eventually when they face a real challenge they fold under the pressure (Tyson would be an example of this, IMO). An easy fight every now and then is good to keep confidence up though, because constantly going life and death with guys has to wear on someone mentally (not to mention the physical toll that would take).Comment

I guess I have to explicitly say it for you to comprehend. What I'm saying is those fights were supposed to be tough fights for Pac. Heck 90% thought DLH would brutally kill Pac, and Ricky had 25K screaming fans who crossed the pond who thought he will just plow and man-handle Pac, you included. Those were two easy fights alright.... convenient to say after the fact. Like I said, give another example or give a list of names who would have been a tougher fight for Pac with the same economic incentives as DLH and Ricky.Comment
