    Bring bac same day weigh-ins

if boxing brought bac the same day weigh-in it would make all fighters fight at their NATURAL weights thus ending all confusion and agrueing. for example. Floyd weighs in at 147 and comes in the ring between 147-150 after rehydrating. Mosley weights at 147 and comes in the ring closer to middle weight ( 156-157) that like a welter fighting a middle. when pac was fighting at 130 and 135 he was gaining 10-12 overnight. there is countless other examples i dont need to metion. this isnt just a Floyd or Pac thing, this is a boxing thing. bring bac the same day weigh-in

We've been over this. The day before weigh ins are for SAFETY reasons, to save lives.

If you really don't like how everyone loses weight then rehydrates over night, the best solution is to go back to having 8 weight classes.

Since everyone regains so much weight over night, there really is no purpose in having all the junior and super weight classes anymore, so it's only logical to eliminate them and have 8 (or maybe 10) weight classes. It's been proven time and time again a few pounds in boxing doesn't matter. Think about a fighter at 122 pounds who weighs in around 135 on fight night, is he much different then the guy at 126??

In addition that will get rid of a lot of belts, which is more appealing to the general public.

i did know. the reason it was unsafe is cause fighters were draining their bodies down to make weight then fighting before they had time to rehydrate. but my point is if everyone fought at their natural weight there would be no reason to drain ur body. if they brought same day weigh-in bac fighters would not want to risk their health thus makin them fight at there natural weights. at least thats my opinion
