Valuev was the champ it's the challengers' job to take the fight to the champ! you don't go into an opponents country throw 20 punches a round and expect to come out a winner it dosen't work that way, never has never will..

Holyfield is fighting in Ethiopia against Sammy Retta next month. He was looking to fight the winner of Valuev-Chagaev II but that fight was cancelled.

I assume he will try to get a rematch now with Valuev but Ruiz might get it first since he is the mandatory...

I doubt it Holy will never retire, they will have to take his license before he retires.

He didn't do enough to win the Valuev fight, when you fight a champ in his home country you gotta work, work and work, Holy didn't do a damn thing in that fight..
Valuev won the fight but should have given Holy the rematch, but nobody wants to see that ugly **** again..

Holy will probaly need help walking by the time he is 50, he can't let his hands go anymore, he sluurs real bad, and has had heart trouble, i hate to say it but he might end up getting killed in the ring, in AFRICA, or Mexico by some up start 25 yr old, he's taken a frightening amout of punishment, for almost 30 years now, the human body can only take so much..

                    No, it wasn't.

Valuev is Russian and the fight took place in Switzerland.

The crowd were rooting for Evander from the start.
