The olympics is barely over I can't stand much more running.

IMO, we know the answer as to who is the draw. Hence deserving the bigger share. Equal at most. Cheers...
Your sort of casual fan would have really hated Ali.

      2) Pac's team (Salud and Roach) have effectively said no to Mosley and Cotto by making unrealistic weight demands that would cause those fighters to be weight drained. That doesn't leave him any real options other than Mayweather, Marquez or the Bradley-Campbell winner.

      3) Mayweather can make great fights against Cotto or Mosley and most true boxing fans would welcome either fight. But everyone would like to see Mayweather-Pac, and Arum is a complete idiot for trying to kill it.

Well at least someone knows whats up. Mayweather's trying to (again) make everyone believe that Pac is some kind of threat. Of course Arum wants Pac to get more money BUT as a matter of FACTS. Pac is ONLY as BIG as he is, because Mayweather left the game. Yes Pac is GREAT. But really, he just beat 2 guys that Mayweather ALREADY beat 2 years ago. One actually being alive and not zombiefied. 1-2 years ago this would have been a joke

Mayweather SHOULD get at least 50-50 if not MORE, but not as much as 60-40. At this point Pac is being WAY over rated. He's great but NOT against Mayweather. If Arum has him going up against Cotto or Mosley etc. Pac wont be in high demand anymore. He'll get his little ass handed to him. THEN all shots are off with Mayweather which is fine by me. I don't want to see lil ol' Pac man get his ass whooped by someone like Mayweather.

Mayweather needs to get over Pac and look at Cotto, Mosley aka 147 and up but like everything else he's in it for the money and right now Pac is Pound for pound # 1 aka big money. I'm telling you, he will out class him. Think Diego Corrlas or Gatti. He just CLEARLY out classed them. Then what? They were called over rated? Is that what people want? Pac to be a fighter that was beaten by the most hated man in the sport? By the time Mayweathers done with his LIL ass people will say Pac's shot, old, ****, never has been, never was, washed up, bum, etc..... why? Because they cant give Mayweather the credit so haters MUST bash the other guy. Pac dont deserve that.

lol ANYWAY..... bring on Cotto or mosley.... Pac's a midget just as JMM is..... Mayweather has no business beating up these LITTLE guys..... right????? Bring on THE HATERS that NON STOP ***** about him fighting LITTLE GUYS..... **** I swear its like you bytches done died all of a sudden..... Pacs a little dude..... wheres the crying about that.... I forgot it wont be UNTIL after the fact.... LIKE ALWAYS.

No question Pacquiao is the draw right now, everybody wants a piece of him, everybody calls him out, he's exciting, he's interesting to watch, a fight w/ him generates a huge amount of $$,$$$,$$$...A fight w/ the greats (Marquez2x, Barerra2x, & Morales3x) was the vocal point of his greatness, a successful brutal wins against bigger champions (Diaz, Dela Hoya & Hatton) is legendary w/c made his worth to be the biggest draw of this generation...Most likely ur still living in the past, maybe ur still dreaming awake...

There is no way that Cotto vs Pac is as big as Pac vs Mayweather, Mayweather vs Cotto is bigger than Cotto vs Pac also. Arum wants to cash out on Pac before he fights Mayweather. He used to promote Mayweather, he knows what he'll do to Pacquiao. Pacquiao will not be the same fighter after he fights Mayweather......a

So what happens if Mayweather vs Marquez produces more than Pacquiao vs Marquez. If you wanna go by numbers Mayweather is a bigger draw, it's black and white. I know the haters will not order it to try to prove Mayweather doesn't deserve majority cut, but when he does the numbers everyone knows he'll do what will you say then?

Why does Arum keep making these comments? If he truly means what he said, he would be looking to match Pacquaio against Cotto or Mosley and not even talking about Mayweather. Yet, every chance he gets, he keeps mentioning Floyd Mayweather's name. It is obvious what's going on. The man who once said, "I was lying yesterday, but I am telling the truth today" is trying to negotiate through the media on Pacquaio's behalf. He knows that, at best, the fight will be a 50/50 split and that only applies if the Mayweather/Marques fight doesn't sell well on PPV. My guess is, in the end, it will be a 55-45 split in favor of Mayweather.

Why doesnt Arum go for Cotto since Manny is such a star.Manny can get 90-10 with Cotto

There is one thing Arum didn't mention in this "interview." Mayweather is getting $15 million guaranteed for the Marquez fight. He will get at least that much for a Mosley or Cotto fight also. Pacquaio won't get anything close to that for either a Cotto, Mosley or Marquez fight. So Pacquaio can get 60 percent of the purse against Mosley or Cotto and still would make less than Mayweather is making against Marquez; also 40 percent of the purse against Mayweather would still be bigger than 60 percent of either a Mosley or Cotto purse.
