Ricky Hatton's Decision on Future is Over Due

It's been nearly six weeks since Manny Pacquiao knocked Ricky Hatton cold in Las Vegas, and since then “The Hitman” has been vague in regards to his future plans as a prizefighter. He was expected to have announced by now whether he will hang up the gloves for good or continue on. [details]

Retire or go on as a journeyman. **** that. Hatton is rich as **** and has collected his share of belts. Just give it up.

The guy's been a good enough fighter to earn some time to decide his future. He has a big decision to make and I can't blame him for taking his time to make sure he does the right one.

Hatton's finished and he should just go.He is an old 30 yr old by boxing standards because he took too many shots. He never had any defence then add what Mayweathe gave him and Pacquio.

That is his biggest danger because he can beat some people out there. He can come back and fight two people and convince himself he is still able to compete at the highest level. That's where he will get injured or worse still these things do catch up with you in the long term.

When we say he's got nothing to offer,we know the level Ricky wants to compete at,what motivates Ricky is to be the best. He' not just after a paycheque he genuinely wants to be remembered as the best.Ricky challeged the best in his time and he will always be respected for that but he should retire now.
