Kostya wasnt young or active enough to win a rough house fight like that. But Hatton hadnt been beat at that point and was at his peak. Combine that with an old and inactive Kostya (and a hometown ref that allowed a total ass raping to go on all fight long) and you understand why Hatton won. Had that fight occured with a Tszyu that was a few years younger and not in Hattons backyard (with a ref that would actually enforce the rules) I think Tszyu would have stopped Hatton.

Pac amazingly does throw blind punches that somehow connects square on the chin. Even MAB was talking about it on the spanish broadcast analysis of the fight. Its a innate talent that cant be taught.

Floyd and Collazo took nothing from Hatton that allowed Pacquiao to capitalize.

It was Hatton's style and lack of defense which made it easy for Pacquiao to destroy him. Speed, accuracy and power will beat Hatton 9 out of 10 times.

I generally think you are one of the best posters on here but that is just garbage.

Those fights, and particularly the one against Mayweather, had a significantly detrimental impact on Hatton's punch resistance.

I'm not saying the result would have been any different, but that is definately the way it is.
