Boxing Will Not Be Dominated By Any One Country Or Region
In answer to the other thread, here's my opinion.
There seem to be good boxers coming from everywhere these days: Indonesia, Phillippines, Russia, the UK, African countries, the US etc.
No one region or country, neither Russia nor the US, will really dominate in the future. Take a look at all the different countries the Gold Medal Winners in the 2008 Olympics were from: Italy, China, the UK, Mongolia, etc.
This is something positive for the sport - more diversity just makes it more interesting ! It shouldn't matter so much to us where boxers are from.
