            Yea, that was a draw for then #1 spot so that should be the fight for the vacent belt. Delvin should try to avoid going to South Africa though, there was some scandelous stuff going on.

                  But really though, Delvin Rodrigues-Issac Hlwatsayo shouldn't be title material, that's a joke

                  Remember the IBF made Ray Austin #1 contender and Mark Suarez fought for that title as well
