For some reason, the East Europeans have not been able to break into boxing's best division-the welter weight division.

Let's see some euro or soviet fighter top Floyd's achievements.

Floyd fought and beat the #1 and #2 WW's....AND....the #1 Jr Middleweight.

Plus he's more successful than any euro or soviet fighter by far.

how the hell was zab and baldo #1 and #2 when zab lost right before he fought mayweather?

you counting his ranking before he lost to baldo?

baldo was the lineal champ when floyd fought him but zab had dropped down in the rankings a bit because of the loss.
