IMO Cotto needs it more, cuz if he loses he will not be as big of a draw and for sure will not be undefeated.

if clottey wins then it will hurt him more, cuz he has a hard time getting fights, so if he beats cotto, then clottey might as well move up to 154 lbs, cuz nobody will want to fight him @ WW.
