            I agree to an extent. Should Cotto be summarily 'dealt with', he will lose much of his drawing power. If Cotto gets in a war and loses on points it won't hurt him...it might actually help him.

              As much as people want to say he can recover from a loss to Clottey, they don't know how badly he needs this win. Clottey has been kept in the shadows and is use to being out of the spotlight, if he loses he won't go back to anything he is not use to. If Cotto loses, we'll see who his real fans are and whatt big money fighter would want to fight him.

              In other words, it's do or die for Cotto on Saturday.

                Losing to Clottey would be detrimental to future mega fights with Floyd or Pac...

                He is still a name, and the top fighters will still fight him, though.

                    Yes but if he looks terrible in losing it people will probably say it was due to him being without a (real) trainer. He will not be the most popular active fighter in Puerto Rico anymore though, I think Juanma will be getting that credit
