Clottey isn't anything special either. The fact that this is such a competitive fight is just a sign of how weak Cotto is compared to elite fighters.

Cotto wins you never post here again

Clottey wins you never see me here again

You would create an alt to but that is okay. Are you going to step up?

Clottey or Cotto could lose by robbery, and that wouldn't be fair.

If Cotto gets KO'd, you don't post here anymore.

Mosley is washed up and much easier to hit lately. His reflexes to avoid punches have declined. Don't let the fight with the slow non-loaded gloves Margarito fool you. He used the perfect gameplan, to clinch, which allowed him to slow down the pace of the fight. Margarito is slow and comes in a straight line, it was easy for Mosley to avoid his punches. The old shot inactive Mayorga gave Mosley a very tough fight due to his strength and unexpected hand-speed. He was actually ahead on one scorecard before he was KO'd in the final seconds. That is impressive considering he doesn't even take boxing seriously at all anymore.

Judah was coming off a 1 year layoff before the Cotto fight and was able to stun him several times, only to be slowed down and hurt by low-blows in return.

Clottey was going to KO Judah before Judah said he saw (the ref asked him how many fingers am I holding after the cut) 3 fingers which made the ref stop their own fight. Judah was hoping he was ahead on the scorecards, but knew he was being broken down and would have been TKO'd just like against Cotto. Clottey's win over Judah is much more impressive since he was never hurt, like Cotto was, and was facing a hungry, fully prepared, and active Judah.

Cotto was severely hurt by Corley despite having a tremendous weight advantage. He was also stunned badly and knocked down by Torres against the ropes. His defense is lacking and so is his chin. He's faced a lot of fighters on the decline and/or who were smaller than him which allowed him to pull through on strength.

Clottey is entering the ring at 170lbs. This will be the second brick wall Cotto faces. Clottey will not be scared of Cotto one bit. He will walk through his punches and outwork him as the fight goes on. His pressure won't be as effective as Margarito's was against Cotto, but he won't be walking in with his hands down getting countered either. Cotto will not steal any rounds that way. If Cotto can avoid Clottey's uppercuts he will make it to the final bell. Otherwise, he gets stopped.

Clottey is better than I thought. His offense is not that exciting, but it gets the job done because he doesn't get hit back. He never digs himself a hole he has to climb out of.

My only concern is Cotto wins rounds by being more active, despite landing nothing at all. The "home-town" audience will cheer everytime he swings, similar to the Floyd vs DLH fight.

I'm not a Cotto hater at all. I was fully behind him to defeat Margarito, but then I watched his fights and realized he folds under pressure despite being a pressure fighter himself. I bet on Margarito to KO him and if it wasn't for Clottey having hand problems, I would probably bet on it to happen again.

He's literally almost been KO'd in every fight against decent competition, but is able to pull out a win due to him being the bigger and stronger man. Clottey is going to be even stronger than Margarito.
