He was already the Heater in Ghana I guess, which evolved into the Hitter when he started fightin in the US. Never heard this Grand Master ****. Sounds like a video game boss or a DJ or some ****. I guess Cotto's haters will pick up on the name tho.

He has gone back and forth with the name, it was hitter then it went to Gran Master and now he is back to Hitter. I like Gran Master more than Hitter. But I think the guys at Boxrec would know better than I would.
