YES. Wlad should already be in the top 10 p4p, he is one of the most dominant fighters in the world...He is the IBF/WBO/IBO Unified Heavyweight Champion of the world, has 46 KO's in 52 wins.
This is what Wlad's resume will look like after he beats Chagaev and wins the RING Belt:
- IBF/WBO/IBO/WBA/RING Heavyweight champion of the world.
- 14 dominant title defences
- has defeated 7 former world heavyweight champions (Chris Byrd twice, Samuel Peter, Lamon Brewster, Sultan Ibragimov, Ray Mercer, Hasim Rahman, Ruslan Chagaev)
- has defeated tons of top contenders (Calvin Brock, Jameel McCline, Tony Thompson, Monte Barrett, Ray Austin, Axel Schulz, DaVarryl Williamson, Francois Botha, Charles Shufford, David Bostice, Derrick Jefferson, etc)Last edited by Klitschko2011; 06-10-2009, 08:59 PM.Comment

I am not exactly sure how a HW can be p4p.
In lower weight classes (where boxers move up and down) you need some kind of weighclass-independent ranking to make boxers comparable. Thus p4p.
Now you could define p4p as "if all boxers had the same size... who would be the best?" but this is of course a "mythical definition" that ESPECIALLY doesn't apply to heavies.Comment
