Which slow WW u talkin about? Margarito?? we all know what was the cause of that... though in the beginning Margarito wasnt catchin him as much or not close as much as after the half, Cotto was eatin him. And you cant use the SLOW excuse because Margarito done whooped alot of em even wit his slow self, such as P.Will (even though he lost he was coming back big) and Clottey which he also came back wit a win, though right now all those are questionable.

He has a very good resume at Welterweight, but he won't fight Williams. And don't pretend that Williams is not a Welterweight. If he can make the weight, he's a Welterweight, and he'd move back down to 147 tomorrow if he could get a meaningful fight at the weight.
