I see this turning into a Marg vs Cotto thread again. Can't we all let the plaster **** rest till they fight again??

Cotto has my respect. The guy has decent pop, good boxing skills, and he just comes to work does his thing and leaves. Like a businessman. The only thing about the guy that i dislike is that he's not more vocal about who WANTS to fight as oppose to this,"I'll fight who ever my promoter puts in front of me" stuff. I think anyone who is a true champion needs to say who they want to fight when the question is asked.

As long as Tony has the uppercut in his arsenal he will beat lil Cotton.

I mean was he using it on sparring partners to be a ****? Or was he using it to hit the heavy bag in training to rock it and make himself look cool?

He most likely used it in Cottos fight

Cotto is not afraid to take on the best and that's why he's one of my favorite fighters today. Quintana, Judah, Mosley, Margarito, Clottey.....crazy. This weekend will be awesome. Wings/Pens game 7, Cotto/Clottey, NBA playoffs....great stuff.

He didn't use concrete on Williams..a 6'1 guy that beat him around the gym...the very man the WBO had to FORCE him to fight.

But he'll cheat for a 5'6 maricon with no defense for his best punches..limited stanima..and overrated power

                Yeah..that makes sense

If Floyd fought COTTO or MOSLEY he would actually have an entertaining fight because those guys are the real deal not Hatton or DLH
Come on i understand Mosley, but have i ever dissed your favorite fighter Paul Williams by mentioning him with Cotto other than to say Paul puts it on Cotto? let's not get carried away by overhyping c-class fighters who's best win was disputable against a past prime Mosley.

There was a lot on the line for both Cotto and Margarito why not use something to put you over the edge. He fought williams and underestimated him like most boxers do with tall guys.

They feel enough shots to the body will cripple them since they dont have as much compact muscle but Pwill is an animal and he came umprepared
