Yeah, Brown would possibly be too big for Mel, although Mel did manage to beat another big, rugged Welterweight in Aaron Davis.

I would have liked to see Davis/Brown in their primes. Too bad their fight happened when both guys were well past it.

Yep, blasted him out with a right hand I believe. Both guys were kicking the ever loving **** out of each other all night. Both were bleeding, bruised and battered. Good, somewhat sloppy/rough fight with a great finish.

who do yall consider th ebest ever jamaican? its gotta come down to mccallum and lewis. lewis accomplished more but mccallum imo was better as far as ability goes. he did fight alot of tough guys too though. too bad he dodnt get a chance at the fab4. he wouldve beaten all of em imo. interesting to see how he handled hearns' power though, if he could he would win just like against the other 3.

lewis' mother was jamaican. so he was 50% jamaican. alis ancestors were from africa btw.

I would say Lennox because of his roots but as far as born and bred I have to go with the Body Snatcher
but nothing beats Lennox switching it up on the post fight interview
