Number 3 is on point also, because that can help a lot with training and nutrition (if a fighter is not going to get people for these specific jobs, and early on in a career a fighter may not have much of a choice in the matter).

Those 11 years experience is minimal, it doesn't take a considerable amount of time to adapt to the fundementals of boxing, anyone can do it... it's the talent your born with that get you to the next level.
So starting at a young age is good, but it isn't as important as you think.
