I'm going to say 'no' because we haven't been able to see him fight consistently enough to get an accurate level of not just his potential and possibility, but in-ring progress and maturation. He could peak and, despite his physical gifts, only be a good fighter and not a great one.

Factor in that nobody at 147 wants to face him- and 154 isn't a stacked division. I don't think he'd have much of a career at middleweight, so part of this question revolves around whether or not Paul Williams can even get the big names to fight him. You need to beat great fighters to be an ATG- not just have the ability to do so.

He shutout Winky Wright, nobody under 175 would have been able to do that, ring rust or not. So I give him a 50/50 shot at getting it done, there are a lot of good southpaws at 154 and they are able to hit him pretty easy so it's gonna be rough. He's gonna have an even tought time trying to get fights with elite fighters that will get him to that status.

as it stands, he has a good chance at reigning at 154 and 160 so it's possible.

he's gonna need to add a few more names on that resume...not sure if there are enough around to make the case for ATG status
