I think Cotto vs Judah was the 1st official "Cotto under the spotlight" fight in the sense of where he'd go after winning that fight. The fight with Mosley proved he belonged and was capable of fighting the top guys in the sport.

I still think Mosley is his best win, but the Judah (a better version IMO than the Zab that Clottey fought) fight IMO was the launching pad.
