I'd laugh if Collazo lost to this 9-16 guy.

in all fairness to Collazo can you blame him for taking an easy fight?

he can't get the big names to fight him and if he's chasing a title his options are

WBA Shane Mosley - they already fought, Luis broke his thumb and got dominated on the scorecards, VERY slim chance of a rematch happening

WBO- Cotto - fighting June 13th vs Clottey low possibility because Cotto wants bigger fish to fry, and is looking at BIG fights ... Collazo not a big fight for Cotto so again same as Collazo/Mosley slim chances of happening.

IBF - Vacated by Clottey to fight Cotto, Clottey kinda lucked out in having the same promoter as Cotto, but regarding the vacant belt i heard it'll be fought between Isacc (the south african, boxrec him if you like) and Delvin Rodriguez .. seeing as those 2 are near the top of the IBF rankings, no way Collazo can get in on that.

        and last of all

WBC - Berto. obviously fought him already and lost a close decision and or robbery .. depending how you called it. He's still ranked #1 by the WBC, and considering Berto is somewhat in the same boat where he can't get big fights off of his name, I'd put pretty good chances on Berto/Collazo 2 happening.

baring the Clottey/Cotto winner or Shane Mosley have a change of heart.
