I've got my reasons of picking JMM to beat Floyd. For one thing, Mayweather has gotten to a point of where he doesn't punch in combos. That is something that JMM has been doing a lot better lately, and against more talented fighters than Mayweather has fought. Floyd also has a habit of laying on the ropes. Against guys like Baldomir he can get away with that, but against Marquez that's a no-no.
