I think Ike Ibeabutchi, Zab, JT are not underachievers, think they are just a waste of talent.. Zab and JT still were World Champions..Ike was crazy and got locked up..

To me underachievers are fighters who had a lot of hype but never panned out ie bojado and Vivianne Harris

I don't know man, Zab did hold all major Welter weight belts at one time, To be Undisputed Champ is a huge accomplishment. He losses focus rather ease.
