I dont think Pac is an all time great, people really need to disect his opponents at the time and his size advantage when he fought at flyweight not to mention only a couple fights ago he added more than a 1-2, thats not all time great skills. He was winning on speed and stamina mostly, but with all that said he is a good fighter.

But Cotto stretchers Pacquiao IMO.

It's possible, although I think Manny wins again, but the most admirable thing is Pacquiao has the balls to get in there with awesome fighters such as Miguel. He is prepared to fight anyone. Win or lose, he wants to go up against the best.
