If I had to guess I'd say he started using loaded wraps because of the loss to Williams.

So he didn't load his gloves against Williams..a 6'1" guy that whipped him around the gym...and the WBO had to force him to fight.

But...

He loaded them for a 5'6" eyebrow plucking dwarf with overrated power and ZERO defense.

That doesn't make a lick of sense.

I personally like both fighters (Marg and Cotto) so I'm not saying this in disrespect to any fans but at the end of the day, there is no proof. He may have used loaded gloves, he may not have, but as he was not found guilty and pressuming all the checks were done prior to the fight, there is no proof that Marg cheated.

I'm not trying to say that there is no chance he didn't use them, but as there is no evidence to suggest he did use illegal wraps in that fight, it remains a loss.

We will also never know whether illegal wraps were used, everyone is entitled to their opinion and I look forward to seeing a rematch (which even then will not be conclusive evidence that he did/didn't use plaster in his wraps in the first fight). People are bound to be pissed off with this comment but this is the way I see it.
