One thing that happened that may make people raise su****ions is the fact that ****m Richardson confiscated the foreign elements that was in Margarito's gloves. And when they tested the substance it may have not have been something as serious as plaster of paris. Even if I found out tommorrow that Margarito was innocent of any wrong doing that doesn't change the fact that he turned down a career high payday to rematch the Punisher and instead got his ass tore out the frame for half the money by a 37 year-old figther that some people viewed as a stepping stone for Margo. And that's unforgivable.

Why do you care that he turned down a career high payday? Is'nt that his problem? He obviously knows he can't beat Williams so oh ****in well, who can? He was doing what every other fighter does. Also Shane never should've been considered a stepping stone in the first place. I never called him a stepping stone. I thought it was a bad fight for Margarito and at the time I could'nt understand why they took that fight.

You have a point about the substance being contaminated due to improper handling by different people before it was turned over to the proper authorities, but to suggest that you can read Mosley and ****m's mind is just plain ridiculous and complete hearsay, which incidentally, could also be "dismissed & overturned by any credible judge & jury".

A grin and a smile don't say much with regards to their intentions. Plus, Capetillo already owned up to this mess. The only contention you have is that the judge might very well dismiss the case due to contamination. The problem is that Capetillo has already admitted to having illegal substance in Margarito's gloves, albeit "accidentally".

So the facts are that Capetillo tried to cheat, proceeded to cheat, got caught, but might get off because of a technicality. These are the facts. Let's hope you're not going to say that Marg "didn't know", because that would make him an idiot and so would you.
