Nobody calls him THE monk. Just Monk.. I've known the guy for about 6 months and still have yet to ask him why they call him that hehe.
Anyway I've seen him hit the water bag with brutal force, I just didn't want to comment on it in the last thread. Its one thing hitting a bag and another to hit something that hits you back and moves.
But yes George has crazy power.Comment

They call him "Monk" but on his robe and trunks he had "The Monk" and he was introduced in the ring as "The Monk"
Papa George Foreman named him Monk when he was born. It is short for Monkey, which is what the other children called Papa George at the time. He said he was giving the newborn his nickname.Comment

Not much.. 26 years old, MBA from Rice, Dad and siblings' buisness manager
No amateur fights, but has been training and some sparring with his father for 2 years. Roscoe Hill III is father and trainer of Roscoe Hill IV, amateur national champion.
He plans to fight often, and all over the country. Thinks 4-5 more fights before going to Houston.Comment
