What does everyone think of Edwin Valero?

This guys good. 24-0 all ko's thats impressive. Alot of em coming from the first round. Idk he looks like he could be a great future champ, but look at nas. He did very well till he came up to barrera. Proving he wasnt good enough to play with the big boys. Do you guy's think Edwin is? I think he needs to train alot more. He could deffinetly be better, but right now hes doing good.

He seems to have impressed Arum because he is one of the guys he mentions every time for a Pacquiao fight.

Can't wait for him to start to fight the best comp.
He's well known in SoCal gyms for beating up very good pros, so I hope he gets the chance to show his stuff. Dangerous heavy handed southpaw with some flaws but makes up for it with his quick hands.

The danger with someone that can crack like Valero, is that he falls in love with his power and gets outboxed by a seasoned professional.

I don't think people are lining up for him because he has tremendous power early in fights and is risky.

Prescott or someone along those lines would be a nice start before he fights the big boys.

He does knock everyone out. And his sparring in the gym he beats the **** out of high ranking pros but I can see why people would think that because he has just really been relying on his power when you see him fight so he hasn't really been forced to display much of a skill set and he'll get sloppy because he's got poison in his hands.

He's got a belt in a decent division. Step your game up Valero.

He is relly very untested for a guy that is 27 years old right now.
