Chagaev- Does he have what it takes???

Does Chagaev have what it takes to pull off a suprise here against Wlad??? And if chagaev can pull of a surprise does he have to fight a double rematch which would include fighting Vitali??

I expect a wide UD or late KO for Wlad.

As far as I know he doesn't have the power.

Chagaev has had 1 fight in a year and a half, and he looked **** in that.

Anyone who thinks he is the 3rd best heavyweight around is having a laugh.

Chagaev has no chance, I will bump this after Wlad "very boringly" dominates him.

Chagaev was nickname the White Tyson a while back and am guessing if he beats Wlad he might have to rematch him and Vitali.

Why and who nicknamed him that?

I don't give him much of a chance. At the time he first fought Valuev, he would have been a good opponent for Wladimir but he has only had two fights in the past two years and has looked mediocre in both. It's probable that his best days are now behind him.

He had the "White Tyson" nickname because his all-time favorite fighter is Mike Tyson and he is similar in stature and wears black trunks. That's about the only resemblance he has to Tyson.

This will probably be another awkward fight similar to Wladimir-Ibragimov except Chagaev might prove to be easier to hit. He has some power in his left hand but the wide overhands he landed on Valuev likely won't find Wladimir.
