Williams vs Pavlik at middleweight

This is one the biggest fights I want to see. I would take Paul Williams over pretty much anybody to be honest. I really dont know how Quintana got a win over the punisher, must have been a really off night for Paul, but comes back in the rematch with a 1st round KO.

Did people not see what happened to Pavlik when you show him angles and versatility? I think Pavlik was overrated before the loss to Hopkins and he's even more overrated now. Think about it. The best guy Pavlik has beat is Jermaine Taylor. What happened to Jermaine when he went on to fight Carl Froch? I also don't think Paul Williams would lose to Jermaine Taylor either. When you barely sc**** by Cory Spinks, you are not elite. Williams would be the most durable opponent that Pavlik has ever fought. Now as far as Abraham goes, I don't really have a high opinion of him either. I know he blasted out Miranda in devastating fashion in their second fight, but that initial encounter still sticks in my head. He also didn't look too impressive in his last fight against a lightly regarded opponent. I think Williams would take him as well. The only things Pavlik and Abraham have going for them to me, is punching power. I don't have a high opinion of their boxing skills.

I might be going a little overboard by saying Pavlik has always been and still is overrated, but in my opinion, he needs to stop living off that win over Jermaine Taylor and beat a meaningful opponent. It's getting on my nerves that all Arum wants to match him up with is tomato cans. With Williams calling people out like Sergio Martinez and Shane Mosley tells you that he has a promoter that doesn't lack confidence in him. I don't think Taylor is a bad fighter, but it's been shown that if you can weather his early storm he is very vulnerable. I also don't buy the excuse that just because Williiams may have turned down a fight with Pavlik once means he wouldn't negotiate to fight him again. Arum views the guy as the boogey man by saying things like, "I'd appreciate it if you'd never contact me in regards with anything to do with Paul Williams again."

Big guy ur on point with what u said,u shoulda just put it like so for all those who don't understand,Winky beats Pavlik and Abraham and Sturm any any other paper champ at 160,the Punisher just beat him badly!!!Winky is a better fighter than anyone of those 160 champs and an elite fighter,the Punisher has the tools to fustrate Pavlik and make him look like what he is 1 dementional slow and overrated,tell em!!!

williams has a solid chin, kelly might land sometime during the bout but i dont think he'll connect clean too often and imo a kelly KO is not likely.

kelly has a good right hand and that punch is the key when fighting a southpaw, hes also very active. the main obstacle for williams are kellys dimensions, kelly himself is a tall guy with a good reach, on fight night he will outweigh williams. the height,reach and weight are all obstacles that williams hasn't ever had to deal with before.

but i give this fight to williams

kelly is active but williams is just as if not more active than kelly. kelly might have a good right hand but he can't set it up very well. if williams use his skills and creates angles i see him taking this fight by wiiiide UD.

Hard to say who wins all I know is I wanna see it! I don't wanna see Pav vs Mora or vs any other bum. Pav vs P-Will or Abraham that's what I wanna see.
