  • Fight Night Round 4 sucks

Not buying this game. Cannot use buttons...I tried the analog stick and cannot throw the combo I have in mind because the dmn punch control does not work well from left to right. They also did not do a good job at making fighters look like themselves. Pacman looks like a member of Menudo...if you have a ps3 you can dwnld the demo at the PS store for free. Check it out for yourself, not impressed

I am able to throw all the punches I want, I think it's pretty good. I have no problems at all, not happy with the graphics over all to be honest they look cartoony almost and Pacquiao and Hatton are fat...

But I haven't lost a single fight since the first one on the demo it took about 6 minutes to get used to the new controls and I think they're great.

But the graphics are my main complaint and neither fighters feet move as fast as they do in real life so it's harder to fight on the outside than on the inside but I hear you can change the footspeed.

I think they could of done a better job with the audience, and the sound effects as well. I hope these things are better in the final product.

So you think the game sucks because your unable to adapt to a more complete punching system? They should of put buttons in it for the people that love it but just because you can't pull off punches the game stinks? Come on man, step your game up and actually practice. As for the boxers models I really don't care to much as long as they look somewhat close. I want a true boxing sim or stunning graphics and I believe this is the closest we have ever got.

              A) The fight models have changed since the demo. Everyone was too thick. This has been well discussed.

              B) You're jumping to a big conclusion that the button controls aren't in the game. I hope they aren't so we are rid of button mashers like you, but demos do not equal games. There are always pretty big differences.

You guys do know that there will be way more mashers now since they can't get used to the tpc? Theres gonna be a lot of slugfest in Round 4.

LOL at button mashers....you cant win just mashing buttons unless your dumb enough no to block them and counter. I wont be buying the game glad to hear other people are happy with the change. I got every fight night and used buttons for my combinations why change it for four? and why are you faqs talking about buttom mashers? just cuz you feel comfortable using the dumb analog doesnt mean everyone else has too. Ill bet my so called button mashing will whip any of you "button masher" haters on here on FN3

im very surprised so many people hate it.

I played it for a while and I thought it was a lot of fun. Punches dont seem to do much damage though... but thats really my only problem with it. I cant wait for the full thing
