    Godfrey-Williams, George-Henry on July 10th

(ESPN2): Matt Godfrey vs. Aaron Williams, 12 rounds, cruiserweights; Shaun George vs. Chris Henry, 10 rounds, cruiserweights

This could be one of the better FNFs w/ name opponents on the verge of becoming serious contenders/

So anybody have any thoughts on either fight? A fan or follow any of these guys? Glad Henry getting another decent fight after his close loss to Mack and his recent incident.

This will be the best ESPN2 FNF for awhile.

Too bad they can't show decent doubleheaders like this on a regular basis, instead of the mismatches they have on about 3 out of 4 Fridays.

They should reschedule Kevin Johnson-Monte Barrett for the near future.

I'd have to lean toward Johnson if that ever goes down.

Shaun George is coming to make a statement. It's going to be a landslide.

Really you think so? I haven't see to much George recently but I've seen Henry against Mack and he seems like a tough fighter with a good chin

I've been watching him in the gym, he trains maniacally when he wants to make a statement. This is that kind of fight. He needs to send the division and the sport a statement because he's been frozen out of the big fights since blasting out Byrd. He looked too good for his own good.

Against Mack, Henry was so much bigger and stronger that at times he was able to make Mack uncomfortable with his raw aggression. Shaun is no Yusaf Mack. He's much bigger, much stronger and a much better puncher.
