Miguel "Angel| Cotto vs Paul "The Punisher" Williams at 147 who takes it?

Assuming they both make the weight comfortably without any problems and are 100 percent coming into the fight. I like both fighters, but I am amazed when I see people claim that Cotto would shatter Williams, when he has never been hurt before, and has fought everything from relentless pressure fighters (Margarito) to slick defensive technicians (Wright). IMO I think this fight would be close for the first 4 rounds, and then turn very ugly with Williams picking up the pace as Cotto slows down. The 85 inch reach advantage won't help either, along with the fact that Williams likes to mix it up on the inside. I can respect some of your opinions, but I don't see Cotto hearing the final bell in this one. Williams by late round TKO. So what do you guys think?

i like cotto and somewhat dislike williams ATM but williams has shown improvement since the quintana loss
