Manny Paquiao -Ring Magazine Title ???

I read on ESPN and on this forum that that Manny Pacquiao is 4 time Ring Magazine Champ. I thought Manny is only a 3 time Ring Magazine Champ. Who is the fourth?

    Marco Antonio Barrera 2003
    Juan Manuel Marquez 2007
    Ricky Hatton 2009

notice that at the end of 1998, Pacquiao was not the Ring Champion. Sasakul and Pacquiao fought in 1998.

ring was vacant at time i believe...so the next way to win a lineal title is for #1 & #2 to box-off...which they did.

if you dont believe a Ring contributor, then its fine...

you can even say Pacquiao is a 1 lineal champion if that is what you believe

The Ring didn't have their belts and poilcy in the late 90s.

They stopped doing it in the late 80s/early 90s and re-did it in 2002
