Out of those boxers or just overall? Right now Carl Froch is the best fighter at 168. People will try to argue Kessler but he hasn't done anything especially as of late. Till Froch losses he is the king.

Kessler is in a legal battle with his promoter Mogans Palle. That is why definitive fights are not being made.
